A new starter needs a working machine on day one. In practice it takes days: order the hardware, install Windows, add the software, work out the permissions. And three years later nobody can say exactly how many devices are in circulation, or which of them still receive updates.
We take on ongoing device management: a clean image, central control through Intune, a device directory that’s actually maintained. New starters get a pre-configured machine — in the office or at home — and anyone leaving the company is offboarded just as cleanly.

Encryption, policies and access rights are managed centrally through Intune. If a device is lost, it can be locked and wiped remotely.

We roll out OS and software updates on a planned, tested schedule in the background — not batched up and dealt with eventually. Known vulnerabilities are the most common route into a network, and the easiest to close.
